We offer a hotel swimming pool to enthusiasts of some water madness. It's max. 1.2 m deep so it can be used by both excellent swimmers and those who are less advanced, including our youngest guests. The swimming pool is equipped with counterflow and a waterfall, which gives some new opportunities for having fun.

You can also relax in the hydromassage hot tub. Hot water by massaging the body reduces stress and relieves muscles of accumulated tension. Everybody who visits Niemcza should try it!

There are four saunas available to our guests at the hotel:

• The classic Finnish sauna (dry) has a relatively high temperature (approx. 85 degrees) and low humidity. It affects muscle pain, rheumatoid or spine disorders and reduces fatigue very well.
• The herbal sauna steam contains an admixture of natural essential oils and herbal decoctions. It relaxes, cleanses the respiratory system and supports immunity.
• The steam sauna (Roman) is characterized by high humidity (up to 100%), but relatively low temperature. It fights muscle tension and muscle pain, and cleanses the body of toxins.
• The infra-red sauna heats up to 50-60 degrees Celsius and the humidity there is low. It relaxes, improves circulation and improves immunity. Due to its unique properties and mild treatment it can be used even on a daily basis.

After sauna baths it's recommended to rinse your body in cool shower and then cool your body in a swimming pool or with a jet of cold water. Such a ritual provides freshness, better mood and well-being.

Although Lower Silesia offers many sports opportunities, for those of you, who prefer getting fit under the roof, we prepared a mini gym with basic equipment to exercise. After your workout we invite you to the relaxation area with deck chairs, created in the fashion of the Roman tepidarium. It's a dream place to relax in peace and quiet or to get some regenerating nap after a busy day.
